I thank the Northbridge Progress Association for giving me a strong welcome, and the opportunity to speak on current issues in federal government. 

Their insights on local priorities were valuable - such as undergrounding the Northbridge Plaza carpark; and development that meets the needs of the community amidst a housing crisis.
